Erika Mansson brings 15+ years of expertise in Human Resources to global companies across the Finance, Tech, Healthcare, Retail, and Energy sectors and joins Doing Good’s Board as HR Director. Her expertise includes leading the creation and execution of HR strategies across talent management, compensation and benefits, employee experience, HR technology, and administration. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science from Yale University, is an avid tennis and mahjong player, and resides in West Palm Beach, FL.
