About Volunteering with Doing Good
Doing Good is a fully remote nonprofit with volunteers nationwide. Each individual uses his/her unique skillset to contribute to the team effort. We use technology and old-fashioned conversation for all our “virtual volunteers” to work together.
Board of Directors
Doing Good is led by its Board of Directors. Each Board Member strategically leads volunteers in his/her area of expertise for Doing Good. This leadership team partners with Doing Good staff, attends Board Meetings, and participates in informal socials.
Committee Members
Doing Good committees include Administration, Finance, Grant Writing, Human Resources, Legal, Technology, and The Creative Team who interview, design, write, edit, coordinate, and produce the marketing and public relations efforts. Committees meet monthly via Zoom, communicate throughout the month via Trello, and celebrate each success.
Interns
Doing Good posts internships on Handshake. Additionally, we invite conversations to customize internships for students seeking real-life experience.
